Seller Return & Refund Policy:

Returns or exchanges of items are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the item. To request return information, please contact us at within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that we do not accept merchandise for return unless the items are defective due to a seller error. In such cases, the items will be replaced, subject to availability, or refunded at the buyer's discretion.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be defective or damaged. Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected. Additionally, packing boxes that have been opened or damaged will not be accepted for return. All costs incurred during the return process will be borne by the buyer.

Prior to shipping a return, we request that you photograph the item for your records. The air bill number and clear photos of the returned parcel are required after the buyer has sent the parcel.
